Weekend @ Sentosa - Ocean Suites & Equarius Hotel

Saturday after work , brought the kids to Sentosa for swimming as my Sis had a room at there. This time they are staying at Ocean Suites !!

The room lights will automatically be dimmed when the viewing panel is raised. Just like in the theatre when the movie is about to begin.

The first thing that greeted us when we entered our suite was the viewing panel and the arresting blue of the sea.  

 

After exploring the ocean-themed bedroom, we trotted upstairs to the living room.  I don’t recommend this suite for those with elderly parents given the two flight of steps we had to climb.

 

 The living room was spacious enough for four, bright, airy and with an outdoor Jacuzzi. The sofa could be turned down into a bed for those with older kids.

We actually planned to put down our stuffs and get change into swimming costumes and go to Equarius Swimming Pool, but once the children saw this outdoor Jacuzzi, they don't wan to go. So we decided to swim here. 

 the kids are more excited when they know they can dip into the bathtub and view the fishes swim here and there.

 Once the bathtub is ready, lights off! Prepare to dip into the pool and view the fishes!

At night, my whole family went to Seafood Republic and had dinner together. Its an enjoyable night bonding with my family and the kids with lots of jokes!

The next day (16.02.14), we check out at 1pm and went to Great World City for the Lego movie. 

After watching this movie, the theme song for this movie keeps going inside my mind. "Everything is awesome ~~~~" Hahaha! 

Dinner we had Skinny Pizza. My first time eating this. Not really that fantastic at all and the food there wasn't cheap either.

Our 1 Year 9 Mth anniversary

Today is my ROM 1 year 9 mths anniversary. No celebration for this time round.

The conversation between me and my hubby yesterday,

ME : Dear, how come you buy 11 stalks of roses for me this year? I thought you said this year you only going to buy one stalk for me ?

Dear : because that 11 stalks is for 11 Years ~~~

*OMG* Means i wont be receiving flowers for 10 years! Faints!

ME : Then dear, 10 years later come back and look for me. Zzzz! 

LOL! How come he so bad la.. >.<

Yesterday my sister also had a surprise from my BIL (bro in law), so sweet & romantic lo!

 got rose petals on the bed lo!

Then i came up a idea that, im going to reuse the roses that my hubby bought for me. Im going to pluck out all the rose petals and then put on my bed. HEHEHE! But not sure if my that 11 stalks roses enough or not. Hmmm..

Back to yesterday story,

SO once im inside the car, i kept asking him where are we going to have dinner later ? Eventually he just say that we are going to have dinner at the cafe which i always wanted to go for a very long time @ Changi Village ,

When i left the cafe i realize i forgot to order their hot drinks lol.. aiyoyo!

After dinner we went straight home, took out my new bedsheets to wash then he asked me if i wan to wash my new clothes too or not, so i say ok lo, so i went to my wardrobe and i found one bouquet of roses there !! HEHEHE! Super Happy!!

When im inside the car on the way for dinner, he still ask me if this year there's no roses you ok hor ? Of cos my reply is " ok la.. nvm wan la.. " deeply inside of cos will feel abit sad la.

Thats y i didnt expect he would put in the effort to buy the flowers and surprise me by keeping the flowers inside the wardrobe!

On The Eve Of Valentine's Day

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day !!

For the past few years, I actually forget how i spent my Valentine's day as my hubby wasn't by my side. And last year i remember that he actually promise me that from this year onwards he will spend every Valentine's Day with me and also bring me to a restaurant and have dinner.

Im still looking forward for the day to come !! =)

Today he suddenly tell me that :
" Hey, go online and check where we can have dinner tonight, we are going to celebrate Valentine's Day today !"

My reaction was like " Huh? Today ? I don wan to go online and check la, if you wan to ask me go out and have dinner tonight then you have to go and check out the restaurants yourselves lo." *That is a man jobs! Right?*

Then his reply was like " then ok lo, no need go eat liao."

KNS ! Zzzz !

But about half an hour ago, he still tell me that I will bring you to go out and eat dinner tonight. But i  dont know where he will bring me to go.. Asked him a few times and he doesnt want to tell me.

My hubby is not a very romantic person lei, i also dont know why he suddenly like that ah ? Did he did something wrong behind my back ?! Hmmmm.. Of Course NOT! hahahaha. I trust him! :)

River Hong Bao 2014

My hubby promise me that he will bring me to 春到河畔 @ the float at Marina Bay, so finally he brought me there on the last day of the event. We thought there will be no crowd and we happily drive there. On the way there we saw there was road closure and alot of traffic marshals. Then i realize that there was another event (Chingay 2014) just right besides the river angbao event !! Aiyoyo!! Then my hubby starts to blame me that why i would wan to come to such events lol blah blah blah... We had a hard time finding car parks to park our cars as all carparks are full ! In the end we have to park at some where near Fullerton Hotel and valets parking for $20 ! Zzzz..

After movie, went to the above place to attend my primary sch friend's baby 1 yr old party which is just 2 bus stops away from vivo.

Chinese New Year 2014

HELLO !!!! Im back from Malaysia and started work 2 days ago, lots of things that to clear.. So finally I have time to blog about what i have done for the past few days ..

On the 30/01/14 (30 晚 - Chinese New year Eve)

No need to go work, so sleep till about 11am. Had brunch with my parents at home bcos i wan to eat "Pa Mee". So my dad cook that specially for me !! Yummy ! Left home at ard 3.30pm to fetch my hubby's cousin and his uncle to go Malaysia together for the reunion dinner. Singapore & Malaysia custom has no jam but we waited about 15-20 mins to be our turn. Reach Chaah (my hubby's grandparents house) at about 7.45 pm. Damn hungry..

31/01/14 ( 初一)

Went to my hubby's grandparents house to pay visit to them first thing in the morning then had lunch & dinner there too. At night there was a lot of fire crackers noise and fire works , the atmosphere there was good.

Hubby drove me back to Singapore as i wan to visit my parents during the first 2 days of CNY. Reach sg ard 5pm and drop my things at home and straight away went to my brother's house as all my relatives was there.

Return to Malaysia today , but this time we go to Batu Pahat first as tonight dinner will be there.

Went to temple and pray for a better year and for good health !

So lucky ! Happen to see the lion dance when we are at the temple !

the lion dance has to move back slowly and cant show the backside towards the god as they need to respect the god.

Had lunch at grandparents house and we got to go back to singapore as we are working the next day. 

Happen to see an accident at the highway. So scary !

Reach Singapore at about 5pm , so tired as for the past few nights we slept at around 2 am lol !!

05/02/14 ( 初六 - 开工大吉) 

Back to work !! Still in a new year mood. *yawn* starting to clear my work and gamble starts at office!! =)

After work had dinner at AMK Hub ichiban sushi ! Look at my handsome hubby! hehehe!
